Yes. A deposit of 10% of the total cost of your trip is required to lock in your reservation. Your trip must be paid in full 14 days before the start of your trip.
To cancel your trip, give our team a call as soon as possible. When you cancel at least 14 days before the date of your reservation, you won’t be required to pay the full balance of your trip. However, you will lose your 10% deposit. If you cancel within 14 of the start of your trip, you’ll be required to pay the full cost.
Daily rentals require a five-hour minimum reservation. Please also note that there can be extra charges for mileage overages on daily rentals.
Yes! You can bring snacks and drinks aboard your charter bus in Detroit. However, we encourage you to also bring trash bags and ask your group to clean up any spills or messes. A $250 cleaning fee can occur if a mess is left behind aboard your bus rental.
